External Clean Up Of Computer Parts

External Clean Up Of Computer Parts

You would need to clean up the hard drive and the registry and it is very important to make sure that the computer is running in a healthy enviroment, but the external clean up of the computer is very important to do. Every user needs to work in a clean and healthy enviroment. I dont think anybody would like to type up their work with the keyboard that has chocolate, fizzy juice inside of it and making it all sticky. So what the user should do is that he/she should have to clean the monitor first, so then you will need to unplug it from any source of eletricity and then turned off the computer completely and then you will be able to start cleaning it. First you will need to have a certain kind of spray and put a thin layer on the surface of the monitor and after that you will need a cloth and gently wipe it. You also do the same with the keyboard and mouse but there is a different kind of spray and you dont spray it directly on the keyboard you spray it on the cloth and then start to clean it. After you have finished doing all of that you will have to wait about 10 or 20 mins to let it dry in and then you can turn back on your computer and connect your monitor back into your computer.

Installing Printer and DVD Rewriter

Installing Printer and DVD Rewriter

If you are looking to get your pictures from your camera after you have been to a football match, holidays, christmas partys or discos and then you will need to install a printer to your computer and then print them out.

But first to install a printer you will need to find a enclosed cable fro some printers you will need a USB cable and the printer will then be in Plug and Play mode, this means that when you have plugged the printer into one of the USB inputs the printer will start to work and after you have finished some simple configuartions which is just clicking next after you have read everything that comes up.

But if someone has bought the old printers which doesnt use a USB cable and it is a huge and thick cable that is called the parallel cable and its the old way of plugging in peripherals to the PC. But there is one difference to the printers that arent plug and play. Some printers you will have to install it manualy from the control panel tab called printers.

Its the same with the DVD rewriter if it is an external rewriter then it can Plug and Play, but if it an internal DVD rewriter its not that difficult like the printer.

Drive Formatting

Disk formatting is the process of preparing a hard disk or other storage medium for use, including setting up an empty file system. A variety of utilities and programs exist for this task; pictured to the right is the iconic FORMAT.COM of MS-DOS and PC-DOS.
Large disks can be
partitioned, divided into logical sections that are formatted with their own file systems. This is normally only done on hard disks because of the small sizes of other disk types, as well as compatibility issues.
A corrupted
operating system can be reverted to a clean state by formatting the disk and reinstalling the OS, as a drastic way of combatting a software problem or malware infection. Obviously, important files should be backed up beforehand.
